Home owner upgraded low-efficiency boiler to %96 High efficiency boiler. The old boiler was using more space of the mechanical room and now by having new small boiler they have more space to use as well.
Home owner is saving 25% energy due to using less gas by the new boiler. In addition, better heat is provided by new boiler.
